Biography

Alan L. Sirkin is a Cincinnati native who attended Miami University, and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1961. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati in 1965, and his law degree from George Washington University in 1970. After graduating from law school, Mr. Sirkin served as an analyst for the U.S. Navy Department on a project which developed a Deep Submergence Rescue Vehicle. He has also served as a law instructor at Miami University.  An attorney with more than thirty years of experience, he is a member of the Ohio and Cincinnati Bar Associations.
